Developing and testing a measurement scale for SMEs’ website quality (SMEs-WebQ): Evidence from Indonesia

This current research focuses on developing and testing a measurement model of website quality for Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). study applied Hinkin’s scale development process involved 802 respondents in Indonesia through two successive data collection phases. The confirmed the SMEs-WebQ as robust SMEs’ quality, containing 15 items across three dimensions: system information service readiness. replication gratifying nomological validity model, whereby dimensions have significant positive effects (through brand awareness) consumers’ purchase intention. theoretically contributes to literature adds debate over theoretical applicability present study’s underpinning theories (stimulus-organism-response flow experience) understanding online Practically, this provides managerial recommendations managers looking improve their websites while ameliorating competitiveness digital business era.
